The Brief

Cyberagoge needed a full website overhaul and consistent social media presence to convert career changers into bootcamp students. The existing site lacked structure, trust signals, and a clear conversion path.

The Problem

A cybersecurity bootcamp with no visual credibility is invisible to career changers.

The founder (an active CISO) had deep technical authority but the website and social channels did not reflect it. Career changers evaluating bootcamps judge credibility in seconds. No design system, no conversion funnel, no consistent content cadence.

Two parallel tracks: rebuild the website to convert visitors into enrolled students, and establish a social media engine that generates inbound interest week after week.

Timeline: student mentoring from August to November 2025, then social media management from December 2025 to March 2026.

Website Redesign

Dark, technical aesthetic that matches the cybersecurity subject matter. Every section designed for one job: move the visitor closer to enrollment. Trust signals, social proof, clear pricing, and urgency built into the layout.

Squarespace with custom code injection. Dark theme, neon green accent, glassmorphism. Every section hand-coded as custom HTML/CSS blocks for full control.

Trustpilot rating, CISO credentials, and student success stories placed above the fold. Visitors need proof before they scroll to pricing.

Every section funnels to a single action. No competing buttons, no decision paralysis. Enroll, download roadmap, or book a call.

Live cohort countdown, limited spots display, and price-drop popups. Real urgency from real constraints, not manufactured pressure.

Mobile-first layout
Career changers browse on their phones during commutes and lunch breaks. Every section designed for 375px first, then scaled up.
Social Media Management

Three months of content strategy, design, and publishing across Instagram and LinkedIn. 5-day carousel campaigns, daily stories during bootcamp sessions, and TikTok educational content.

Every carousel designed as a 9-slide narrative with a contrarian hook, educational middle, and clear CTA. Topics ranged from DevSecOps tooling to AI security salaries to EU AI Act compliance deadlines.
